This piece is showing the face trapped inside an early 2000s TV– One of the large boxy ones. The Face sees people coming and leaving and coming and leaving.

The Face sees how people can just up and leave.

Because The Face sees this in an old house– people moving in and out– this creates a sense of abandonment issues within the ghostly figure in the house. Over the years, it has seen different and changing generations.

While this ghostly face has been around since the 1900s, it will be around in the future as well. Even in its suffering, it would rather stay than leave the only thing it has; the house.

My name is Moe Telles, and I am currently a high school artist. I've been featured in Scorpia Magazine before, and I’m thankful I can make and post art about heavy emotional stuff. I enjoy video games, music, funny videos, art, and anything around the show: The Office. Lastly, I’m hoping my art makes it towards the right crowd.
